The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

The quiet house

The house is very nice because it is located on a wooded plot and not overlooked . It also has a terrace, garden and offers a lovely view of the mountains that surround Briançon. It's organized over two floors: on the first (balcony level): a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, on the second: 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. On the ground floor, we also rent another apartment on the same Airbnb platform.

In the north of the Hautes Alpes, our character studio awaits you. On the ground floor of our house, located on the edge of a GR (long-distance hiking trail) and a route of the Camino de Santiago, you benefit from a completely independent entrance and a private shaded garden area, in summer.
