Nice welcome with guest gift , mega views, good parking. Apartment clean and practical, 2 balconies with sun lounger, pool easy to use, chairs on the balcony unfortunately uncomfortable, beds great and great views also in the bedroom, bathroom fine, air conditioning works. We felt comfortable and would be happy to recommend it!

I had a wonderful time in this accommodation! Everything was exactly as described - the apartment is super nice, very clean and the view is simply fantastic. The landlords were incredibly friendly and always available for questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on details and a feel-good atmosphere. The bed could perhaps have been a little bit more comfortable, but that's really complaining on a very high level :D. All in all, an absolutely fantastic apartment that I would recommend at any time!

Very great apartment in the south of Malcesine, with a beautiful garden, nice residents and private parking. The apartment is in a quiet location near Via Gardesana (approx. 5 min to the supermarket, <10 min to the beach), also nicely furnished and equipped with all necessities in the bathroom and kitchen. Federica brought us to the apartment and explained everything and gave us tips on restaurants and attractions, and she was always available to help with questions. I recommend it 100%! Grazie!

we chose this place as it reflected the perfect location for the activities we had chosen to do, a few kilometers from the center of Malcesine, convenient to go to the cable car and the boats that take you to lemon on the Garda. really kind and welcoming hosts, the house reflects in total what the description is and the photos uploaded! It also has a beautiful view of the lake and the mountain!
