The apartment is located on the 1st floor, it is quiet, well-equipped and very bright. It is close to the Faculty of Science, the IUT, the OIEAU, the Beaublanc stadium and the University Hospital. You can access a large shopping centre on foot. A convenience store/petrol station very close, is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bus line 8 is 100 m away and serves the city centre, which is 2 km away.
