The Cottage also have a private terrance with seating area. Guest will have shared access to all the site facilities including swimming pool, fishing, summer kitchen with BBQ We have woodland to explore. Bike hire is available as well as private BBQ hire. Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Welcome to Minétou, an old renovated forge in a small village in the Limousin countryside, 15 km northwest of Limoges. Here you can enjoy the countryside with its many paths (walking or mountain biking, we are 15 km from the Blond Mountains, 15 km from Lake Saint Pardoux, or relaxing in the large garden (terrace, barbecue, , boules court). Equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace on the ground floor as well as a bathroom. Four bedrooms upstairs, two with bathroom.

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

On one level and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From 1 October to 1 May, a fixed price of €15/night is requested for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time: from 5 p.m. and check-out time: before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.
