Farmhouse - Périgord vert - Dordogne

A 105 m² single-storey cottage with no stairs, surrounded by nature and featuring a private pond. Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a garden and a sunny terrace. The pool on our terrace is round (3.70 m, h 76 cm), made of plastic, Intex brand. A new pool will be built starting in May and finished in summer as planned. We welcome you in a warm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone.

Le Mas des Aumèdes, superb gîte for 2, Dordogne

Our estate of 14 hectares of garden, meadows and forests, with 2.4 km of landscaped paths will welcome you to Périgord Vert. You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Mountain bikes available.

Charming rural gite, shared use of pool/games room

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Cottage for 7 people with heated pool

This peaceful accommodation in the center of the village of Droux offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The main two-bedroom house has a door to a smaller one-bedroom cottage, allowing for more privacy. Possibility to rent an additional cottage with spa for 2 people. Each accommodation has its terrace on a private plot of 1400 m². A large swimming pool and pergola are at your exclusive disposal. 50 m² living room with open kitchen and wood-burning stove.

Charming 150 m² quiet house, ideal for a vacation in the heart of nature. Enjoy a heated 4x9 m swimming pool (shared with the owner) from June to mid-September, a one-hectare pond, a petanque court and views of the countryside. 10 km from Bellac, 30 km from Limoges and Oradour-sur-Glane (historical site), and 10 km from Lake Saint-Pardoux (water activities, restaurant). On site, small dwarf goats and an Ouessant sheep will delight young and old.

Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. Close to downtown St Junien and Oradour-sur-Glane.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Located 12 km from Limoges, in the heart of the Limousin countryside, you will be seduced by the beauty of the site overlooking the Vienne Valley. The house has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay: underfloor heating, king size bed and a large walk-in shower. It has a terrace with private barbecue. The coffee maker is a Senseo. The place is conducive to a soothing stay for both a vacation and a business trip.

7 minutes from Ruffec and all its amenities, the cottage has been set up in the outbuilding of our house, which shares a common courtyard. The private terrace, with no view of our house, opens onto the vegetable garden. We will graciously share our personal swimming pool with you. You will be warmly welcomed by Catherine and Patrick, not to forget Crème (the dog) and Boudzan (the cat). We look forward to meeting you.
