satisfaite du logement proposé yves un hôte très sympathique et toujours soucieux de bien faire je recommande ce logement pour un weekend à paris avec un accès en bus à la gare pour ensuite prendre le RER facile d’accès !

Apparemment spacieux et agréable.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. Everything was as described, the place was clean and I’d definitely stay there again. The road the Airbnb is on seems to be going through construction or something but that wasn’t an inconvenience. The neighborhood felt safe enough during the day but I didn’t feel so comfortable to leave the apartment at night when I was alone due to the location. It’s a bit removed from the buzz of downtown so there were many times I found myself nearly walking alone with not many others in sight. The co-host was very accommodating to a request I made to add a guest for one night. She found a way to make it work despite Airbnb not being able to make the changes on their end which was very much appreciated. The co-host did however seem a bit sensitive to my questions when I had them (defensive), which was slightly awkward, but at the end of the day every inquiry I had was answered timely and efficiently. « Un petit paradis » c’est ce qu’a dit mon fiancé et je confirme. Pouvoir se détendre dans un endroit privatif, calme et paisible ça fait plaisir. On a vraiment adoré. Je marque aussi un point sur l’ensemble des outils/gadgets mis à disposition dans le logement (c’est exceptionnel tout ce à quoi ils ont pensé). C’est à féliciter.

We found Laurent's place to be cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. It was very convenient for getting into central Paris whilst at the same time being able to benefit from experiencing a taste of French life in particular visiting the wonderful market which was only a few minutes walk away. The neighbourhood felt extremely safe and the apartment matched the description in every way. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Appartement très chaleureux, identique à la description. Nous sommes venus en bus de l’aéroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle sans soucis et sommes repartis le lendemain matin en uber car notre vol était très tôt le matin. Super pratique, pour 3 à 4 personnes, Michel s’est montré réactif et disponible pour nous, tout y était serviette, gel douche, shampooing. Je vous recommande cet appartement très cosy.

Hôtes très réactif, logement bien sympathique je recommande ! Seul bémol très peu de réseaux mais wifi disponible !

The best shower I have ever had, even comparing with hotels. Perfect when you arrive so tired after a very busy day in Paris!!! The host is very proactive and answer very quickly. The house is very convenient in terms of location - in front of train station. It is equipped with everything for cooking and very comfortable. I recommend and would back there again.

3 nachten verbleven in de studio, zeer handig ingericht en compleet. Het was 30° buiten en dan wordt de ruimte wel zeer warm, maar verder niets op aan te merken. goede uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip Parijs.
