Seemingly spacious and nice.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. Everything was as described, the place was clean and I’d definitely stay there again. The road the Airbnb is on seems to be going through construction or something but that wasn’t an inconvenience. The neighborhood felt safe enough during the day but I didn’t feel so comfortable to leave the apartment at night when I was alone due to the location. It’s a bit removed from the buzz of downtown so there were many times I found myself nearly walking alone with not many others in sight. The co-host was very accommodating to a request I made to add a guest for one night. She found a way to make it work despite Airbnb not being able to make the changes on their end which was very much appreciated. The co-host did however seem a bit sensitive to my questions when I had them (defensive), which was slightly awkward, but at the end of the day every inquiry I had was answered timely and efficiently. Thanks for the good stay!

"A little paradise" is what my fiance said and I confirm. Being able to relax in a private, quiet and peaceful place is a pleasure. We really loved it. I also make a point of all the tools/gadgets available in the accommodation (it's exceptional everything they thought of). Congratulations.

We found Laurent's place to be cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. It was very convenient for getting into central Paris whilst at the same time being able to benefit from experiencing a taste of French life in particular visiting the wonderful market which was only a few minutes walk away. The neighbourhood felt extremely safe and the apartment matched the description in every way. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Very warm apartment, identical to the description. We came by bus from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport without any worries and left the next morning in uber because our flight was very early in the morning. Super convenient, for 3 to 4 people, Michel was responsive and available to us, everything was towel, shower gel, shampoo. I recommend this very cozy apartment.

The best shower I have ever had, even comparing with hotels. Perfect when you arrive so tired after a very busy day in Paris!!! The host is very proactive and answer very quickly. The house is very convenient in terms of location - in front of train station. It is equipped with everything for cooking and very comfortable. I recommend and would back there again.

Stayed 3 nights in the studio, very conveniently furnished and complete. It was 30° outside and then the space gets very warm, but nothing else to criticize. Good base for a city trip in Paris.
