Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse
One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Im Winter befindet sich die Skibushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt und in kürzester Zeit sind Sie im Skikarussel. Kinder können frei herumtollen, da keine Straße am Haus vorbeiführt, im Gegenteil direkt vor der Haustür beginnt ein Wanderweg, die sog. "Via Crucis".
