The house has a kitchen electric stove & oven, dishwasher a freezer & fridge, dining space, living room and bathroom on the ground floor (50 m2). Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you. It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120m2 accessible living space with private pool of over 53m2 size. At your disposal are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double bed and one with bathroom and one with two single beds. In total, there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub, and shower with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).

Apartment is on the ground floor and it have private entrance and private bathroom. There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green. All apartments are for adults and for two persons only. Sauna is out of function. SWIMMING POOL IS SHARED. We have 4 apartments in total.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi
