Our recently refurbished detached house is situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes’ walk from the charming Provençal village of Valbonne. Several forest and river trails are all within walking distance from the house. You can relax on the terrace beside our saltwater pool, have your meals on the covered patio and have a refreshing aperitive in the comfortable outdoor seating area. There are several areas in the wrap-around gardens where you can relax and soak up the sun.

The village of Valbonne (15' walk) is ideally placed to enjoy both the coast (Antibes and Cannes 20', Nice 30') and the hinterland with its picturesque villages (Grasse, Gourdon, etc.).

This haven of peace is centrally located on the Côte d'Azur, within walking distance of Biot train station and the beach is 15 minutes away.
