A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

Come and discover the cows in the meadow and relax in the Pod Hut by the water... We will welcome you in all simplicity to our family farm. By coming to us, you choose to be around our farm friends. Your stay may be an opportunity to watch our cows being milked, and why not, bottle feed the little ones. We are located in the heart of various hiking trails, for which we can guide you.

We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Pondside Lodge

Come and relax in our lodge, fully equipped with reversible air conditioning, by a pond, on the edge of the Sologne, at the gates of Chambord castle and the Loire by bike. You can take advantage of our pond to take a few small boat rides, to fish (for free) or to rest on the terrace, facing the surrounding nature.
