In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back the 13th century. After some work to bring it back to the new taste, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city centre, 15 minutes drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open depending on the number of guests. example: 1 room = 1 guest. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon your arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for an additional charge of €10/person to have towels.
