Cabin in Valle Crucis

Our log cabin nestled in the “High Country” of North Carolina has been in the family since 1979 when my grandparents, looking for a place to retire, moved here after falling in love with the area. The cabin was originally built in Virginia but was moved to Valle Crucis in the 1950s. Our dream has been to turn it into a peaceful mountain get-away for people looking for a break from the busyness of life to enjoy some time in the valley to rest, relax and explore the area.

Easy access from the main road. Located on the Watauga River in a wonderful neighborhood. I bought this house in 2015 as my primary residence. In 2024 I bought a condo, the condo is now my primary residence, and now this is a full time airbnb.
