Simple and comfortable property, its location is excellent for its easy access and travel to convenience points, near the center, a few steps from the pier and the temple of Santa Maria Ahuacatlan. It has a living room with TV, kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 of them share a bathroom and 1 more with a separate bathroom). Partial lake view from its terrace. Parking space is not available, but there are 2 public car parks 50 metres away. 10% discount on food consumption in the Rest of p/low.

House in the La Peña area, built on two levels. The 3 carpeted bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all with bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a bar with bar, dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen by means of a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an open terrace with built-in barbecue, with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Rock. It has a small swimming pool and parking for 3 cars.
