In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. Historisches Steinhaus Cafe Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Berghütte Arnau, Canton of Ticino Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. The spacious apartment (150 m2) has floor to ceiling windows in every room, an open plan custom designed kitchen, a large terrace overlooking the lake and two parking spaces. It also offers a lift and is fully wheelchair accessible. Ascona, lake access and shopping facilities are a short 10 min car ride away.
