Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Logement indépendant dans un endroit calme et reposant, à 1 km 300 du Canal du Midi. - Au rez-de-chaussée, séjour/cuisine/salon de 26 m² avec canapé et un piano numérique type Clavinona. Cuisine équipée. Une salle de bains de 4 m² avec douche. - A l'étage, chambre de 20 m² avec un lit électrique très confortable (2x90x200). Aux alentours, très belle région riche en paysages, lacs, histoire, architecture. Gîte non fumeur.

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

Located in Maurens, just 35 minutes southeast of Toulouse and 15 minutes from the Villefranche-de-Lauragais highway exit, the accommodation offers a peaceful setting, ideal for a green getaway. It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect, in a space designed for well-being and comfort. Instant booking possible until 11 p.m. the same day if the listing is visible!

Studio in the countryside

A pied-à-terre with its small garden. It offers all the necessary comforts with an equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, washing machine. There is also a sofa bed. The bathroom consists of toilet, sink and shower. The sleeping area accessible by a miller's ladder offers 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Bed and bath linens are not provided for this rate, expect a surcharge or you can of course bring them back.

All basic products are present in the kitchen and bathroom. If the weather forces guests to heat up (electric radiators), we will ask you to pay us the cost price (the gîte has its own electricity meter)
