It is located 1 km from Montignac-Lascaux by a small country road. The gîte is on the first floor of a beautiful building, under a magnificent frame, you will find all the comforts and a superb terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, large bright bathroom, a large comfortable bed, a beautiful sofa for lounging around and a desk.

Our cottage "La Bergerie" (52 m2) is perfect for a stay for two or with children, a small cocoon, spacious and friendly. It is located in a beautiful stone and half-timbered house divided into 3 apartments. A private space with garden furniture and barbecue is available for your use. You will have access to the heated swimming pool, the Spa (from April to September from 10.30am to 8pm) and the landscaped park with games (these spaces are to be shared with the guests of our cottages).

Recently renovated, our quiet independent cottage in a private property with shared pool (unheated, accessible early May depending on the weather), 5 minutes' drive from all amenities, will welcome you with pleasure. Located in the heart of the "BLACK PÉRIGORD" between Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde, 20 minutes from Sarlat, 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites. On site, there are many marked pedestrian and bike trails.

Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
