The apartment had all the needs to make everything and everything very clean and tidy. What we liked the most was that they had things for the dogs.

Best of the best.. Excellent location, the apartment is impeccable. We didn't know it had beach accessories (umbrella, paddle ball) and we came re well! Rosita all the time predisposed and helpful. Love! 10 out of 10 everything. THANK YOU!

Very friendly host, quick to respond. Very spacious apartment, with nice decor and also in a very good location, a central place of vineyard, close to everything. The accommodation is recommended.

we pass a finde round , beautiful place, very comfortable depto, a fascinating sea view, well-maintained common areas and beautiful gardens, great friendliness in the concierge, Playa los lilenes suitable for bathing , ideal to have a temperate pool, x which we will return later

The beautiful apartment, super comfortable and with everything you need for long stays. The neighborhood is very quiet and we feel super safe, we did everything walking and a few streets away there is a bus stop that takes you to practically all places (beaches, mall, downtown, etc.) Patricia is super friendly and attentive, we had some other inconvenience but always ready to help. We would definitely come back <3

The apartment matched the description, I liked that it smelled good when I entered, it smelled clean, and it's nicely decorated. Vehicle access to the condominium was complicated for me, because the control never worked for me and I had to ask the concierges for help. (I tried many times) The communication when I mentioned this took a long time and didn't solve the problem. Anyway, despite the observations, I'd love to go back. Thank you so much.

good place, spacious, clean, environment not very friendly but acceptable

we really enjoyed the stay in the loft, it is very close to everything and you can appreciate a very nice view, the environment is safe and residential.

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

Very well received and above all the 100% recommended place. Very close to the center, locomotion and all kinds of commerce and above all the house had all the necessary comforts and even more... I would definitely return to the place we were very happy.

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

Super complete apartment, with an amazing view. The dpto has many details thinking so you can enjoy it from the moment you are. Katherine and Andrea some genias, who was always willing, got us a wider garage and I leave notitas with super useful info.

Very good accommodation, just as seen in the photos. A great location, close to the beach, downtown and in a very nice area to walk around. The building staff is very friendly and has a parking space available for the apartment. Highly recommended!

Very nice loft , it was spotless, as shown in the pictures, beautiful view especially during the night and early morning. Easy and easy access and quiet. Totally recommendable.

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!

Yesmina is a great host, always looking for us and ready to help us at all times. The location of the apartment is amazing, with a nice ocean view and access to the shuttle. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back.
