Tastefully and elaborately renovated chalet for exclusive use in a quiet and sunny residential location in the immediate vicinity of the valley station of the Motta-Naluns cable cars and the Trü sports complex. Two south-facing balconies with top panoramic views and an additional large garden (not fenced). The centre of Scuol, the valley station of the cable cars and the train station are within a 10-minute walk. Public, toll-free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20.- per week) steps from the house. Ground floor: In 2014 renovated and newly furnished living room with beautiful veranda with exit to the spacious garden patio with table tennis table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings with blazing flame atmospheric campfire ambience and is ideally suited to cook your grilled goods. Beautiful - newly created in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/lavabo. Upper floor : In 2015 newly furnished bedroom (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2016: - 1 x with toilet, double lavabo and shower cubicle with rain shower - 1 x with toilet, double lavabo, shower cubicle and bathtub with whirlpool system Both sanitary rooms have underfloor heating. Aktivum Montafon - a fantastic view!

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. Davennablick, exclusive 80 m² apartment, large garden

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).
