The center of Scuol, the valley station of the mountain railways and the train station are approx. 10 minutes' walk. Public, free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20 per week) just steps away from the house. Ground floor: In the living room, renovated and newly furnished in 2014, with a beautiful veranda with access to the spacious garden seating area with ping pong table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings an atmospheric campfire ambience with a blazing flame and is ideally suited for cooking your grilled food. Beautiful - newly built in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/sink. Upper floor: In the bedroom newly furnished in 2015 (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2016: - 1 x with toilet, double sink and shower cubicle with rain shower - 1 x with toilet, double sink, shower cubicle and bathtub with whirlpool system Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
