Contemporary home with views on Columbia river

A modern place, recently remodeled with great views of the city from the rooftop deck, where we recently added hot tub. The pleasant neighborhood and the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac a few blocks to the river. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy, the traffic won't make a huge difference. Going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. The sleeping areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Check the noise/safety information below.

It is near shops, a park, restaurants, casino, and has quick freeway access to downtown Portland, PDX International Airport (only 7 miles). Downstairs is an open concept with the livingroom, kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The backyard has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, the hot tub, and a sun deck.
