The accommodation, which was completely renovated in 2022, extends over 90 m². Eat-in kitchen and terrace with a view of the lake make your stay an absolute relaxation. In 3 minutes you can reach the lake with a jetty for direct bathing fun. Ice cream parlor and Seebar can also be reached in 3 minutes. Here you can enjoy the evening with a sundowner or, of course, end the evenings by the lake on the spacious terrace. Bregenz can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot.

You will rent a bright, friendly room on the 2nd floor of an attic apartment. Terrace with morning and evening sun. The room is equipped with a bed, shelf, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Linens and towels are provided. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The municipality itself has a well-developed public transport system. Organic breakfast with homemade bread for CHF 15.00 on request. A bicycle is available.

*The games room offers you a somewhat more intimate stay than standard holiday apartments. Has a separate entrance with a key safe/key. A bathroom with shower, full kitchen with coffee machine as well as a cozy lounge area and a comfortable double bed are available. Here, most things are controlled via the smart home system (Alexa) and can be customised according to your mood. A TV and, if required, a desk with an iMac and printer are also available.

Our highlight is our own beach, which is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The house is situated between the lake, mountain views and the vineyards. From here, the area can be explored wonderfully by bike, boat, train, etc. - at any time of the year!
