The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Das idyllische Haus befindet sich im Ski- und Wandergebiet Flumserberg sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche sowie die Wohn- und Schlafbereiche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und Bettwäsche, (jedoch keine Frottee- oder Badetücher)wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
