Newly renovated holiday home right next to Lake Örlen. Around the house runs a large terrace where there are several places to sit down to follow the sun around the house. Towards the lake, there is a hot tub, outdoor shower, lounge sofas, sun loungers and a dining area. There's room for everyone here! Interior renovated in a modern style. Open-plan kitchen and living room with dining area, wine cooler, fireplace and several seating areas. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Additional sleeping places are available in the loft.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

A total of 6 beds with the possibility of 2 more. Large terrace with dining table, sun loungers & lounge set. The house is a few minutes' walk to Svalnäsbadet, mushroom & berry forests & Hindens Rev. Feel free to take a short trip to Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing village, play golf or enjoy Kinnekulle. There's something for everyone, whether it's spring, summer, winter or fall.

Welcome to Insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale lake Fryken's southern end. This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bicycles, kayaks and SUPs (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. "Cabin by the water" Here you live 10 meters from the water with a private jetty and panoramic views. Close to nature area with good opportunities for fishing and nature experiences. The property consists of 2 smaller cottages, both with a balcony towards the water (incl. outdoor furniture) Wonderful nature, mushrooms and berry fields right outside the door! Rowboat for rent. NOTE: Cleaning is not included! The house should be left in the same condition as upon arrival, otherwise a cleaning fee will be added.

Comfortable cabin in quiet and scenic setting

Our cottage has an open floor plan. Just outside the cottage is the pilgrimage trail and the biosphere trail towards Spikens fiskeläge and further towards Läckö Castle. Distance to Spikens fishing village is about 3 km and to Läckö Castle about 4 km. Kållandsö has many nice hiking trails in addition to the pilgrimage trail and the biosphere trail. Läckö Castle and Spikens fishing village are nice and pleasant excursions. Across Kinneviken lies Kinnekulle, which also has many fine excursions.

In the house there is a double bed, a bunk bed (1 person) and a sofa bed (1 person, max. 2 small). Kitchenette with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning, barbecue. The house is close to Lake Vänern, Läckö Castle, Spikens fishing village, cycling and hiking trails. Note: Cleaning is not included.

Several beaches and golf courses are located in the nearby area.
