Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom comes with a shower and vc. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna for an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not that big but nice! Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. You live in a newly-built house of 36 sqm with space for 2-3 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal is included. During the high season May-Sept only bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 people.

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are situated in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step ladder, you get up to the cozy sleeping loft that is equipped with two adjacent 90cm beds. Warmly welcome.

Welcome to a cozy newly built guest house. It is located on a plot with a nice view of fields and proximity to the forest. There is access to a large garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue Trampoline, playhouse and barbecue area in the forest if you want. There is a very nice bathroom with shower and toilet. Small cottage 30 sqm directly by Vänern with entrance room, living room that has a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and a small room with washbasin/ sink and shower. Wooden terrace directly at the cabin and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cabin with 2 bunk beds thus sleeps 4 and a separate small house with incinerating toilet cinderella. Blueberry forest around, blueberries can be picked in season. Canoe access. We have wifi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

The location is private & the house was completely restored during 2019. The decor is light & modern with a new kitchen & shower/toilet.

Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. For two adults and one small child, there is most of what is needed in a small space to be able to stay overnight for one or a couple of nights. From here, you can experience Vargön and its surroundings and its wonderful nature. After a trip to Halle and Hunneberg and maybe a dip in Vänern, you can enjoy the tranquility of this little house.
