Here you live peaceful and spacious with the forest and lake close by. Herrestad Farm is surrounded by ancient monuments and has been inhabited for many thousands of years. Herrestad is a green oasis in the middle of an agricultural area and close to Sweden's largest freshwater lake. Wildlife is rich, both in terms of birdlife and deer. You can often see both deer and elk in the garden. Now life in the wild has also been expanded to include wild boar. In spring, the beautiful apple trees bloom and the houses are surrounded by several different types of beautiful deciduous trees.

The stable can accommodate 10 overnight guests. Exclusive home in a converted stables with beautiful views of Torsberg farm in Dalsland. The house offers a nice choice of materials, 8 single beds and 1 double bed with new comfortable mattresses. Pillows, blankets, towels and bed linen are included in the price. An ideal place for guests seeking a secluded and inspiring home for their events. Perfect for golf, canoeing, fishing, swimming and hiking in Kroppefjäll's wilderness area. Charming and cozy house in the countryside, where you can stay all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle mushroom picking spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you have found the right place.

House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.
