You live in your own cottage of 26 sqm with a loft of 12 sqm and your own wood-fired hot tub that fits 6 people. A 160-cm bed on the ground floor and 2 x 90-cm beds in the loft. Large terrace with its own barbecue. 4 km to Karlstad & 2.5 km to Kristinehamn. There is wood, bed linen & towels/bath towels, simpler breakfast and cleaning in the price. You can book 4 beds in the cabin next door if there are more 4 people

On the north slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the creek and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle ) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up the property is the owner's residence and a detached small house with simple shower and small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with creeks, farms, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, discounts, and a view of forest o pastures. A dog lives here.

Lillstugan is set on a farm where there are cows,chickens,cats and dogs. The beds are made and there is breakfast in the fridge when you arrive. Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the woods where you can walk or bike. It is 300 m to your own beach with a jetty.

Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car.
