Possibility to rent a boat to visit the island of Porquerolles, that of the east where to go to St Tropez. For athletes, beautiful courses for jogging and walks along the coast. For swimming enthusiasts, sea access a few minutes to swim along beautiful fishermen's houses, the place is deserted and magical. 2 road bikes and 1 adult and 1 adult mountain bike are available. The bar serves as a summer kitchen, is equipped with a professional plancha, a refrigerator, a freezer and a second dishwasher. A professional Nespresso coffee machine is available. The accommodation is fully available to guests with the exception of the cellar which contains some personal belongings. Located close to the sea, the house has quick access by car to beaches, shops, ports and restaurants. A ball field with stunning sea views and a large children's area is a 3-minute drive from Beau Rivage. You can walk to the city center of Carqueiranne through the Sabatiere through the forest. The best way to get around is by car, for sportsmen on foot or by bike. The house is close to the ports, beaches, an amusement park for children (magic world),the village ,supermarkets ect… The village of Carqueiranne is 5 minutes by car and the town of Hyères is 10 minutes . A supermarket is located 3 minutes by car as well as an organic store 10 minutes away . A bus stop is a few meters from the house . A Thai restaurant is located very close to the house . The villa has access to everything very quickly , boat rental, kite surfing , paddles , windsurfing at the Fun Board center . The house is very well equipped: steam oven, recessed fryer, induction plate and gas burner with a Wok Pro, dishwasher, electronic oven with many automatic programs and all the necessary equipment to make elaborate cooking. The dishes are from Villeroy &Boch and Bodum glassware. The towels are made of 100% cotton from Egypt . The large outdoor bar is very popular with travelers for its relaxing side under the palm trees and very practical because it is equipped with a second dishwasher and refrigerator, a plancha in stainless steel Pro, a professional ice maker and a freezer to be able to put the ice creams .

Boulevard du Soleil with parking

Beautiful view of the old village, the hills and also the sea. Private parking space. Bakery near the house. Old village and restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful park and garden across the house. Private parking for this accommodation in the heart of Bormes in front of Parc du Cigalou. Magnificent view of the village on the bedroom side and sea view on the kitchen side. Refurbished in early 2018 with neat materials and quality new bedding. The apartment is fortunate to have private parking and wonderful views of the village on one side and the sea on the other. These are 3 assets that I wanted to complement with a nice decoration and new quality equipment. This small accommodation of 28 m2 is an ideal base for a holiday as a couple:)
