Parking space is available at the bottom of the house. A small non-attached garden (10 m away) will be available in summer, July and August

Renovated stone house located in a hamlet near Laguépie with shops (grocery store: bread, meat, tobacco-press, pharmacy...) Beach and swimming with blue flag. In the center of the Golden Triangle of St Antonin, Najac, Cordes. Comprising 2 large bedrooms that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Large living room-kitchen with foosball table, ping pong table, swing. Bed linen, towels and cleaning included at the end of the stay. Quiet independent house with green exterior.

You will enjoy its large garden with no neighbours opposite, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

Charming pigeon house for 2 people. located high, at the crossroads of the paths of Angels and Paradise, on the GR46, in Caylus in the Tarn-et-Garonne, 10km from Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, and the Gorges de l 'Aveyron, and above the Sanctuary of Notre-Dame-de-Livron. A terrace with views, an unfenced plot, an area of freedom without neighborhood, in the heart of nature. A 15mn walk to the village centre, via a hiking trail. Very quiet place, ideal for relaxing.

In the heart of Quercy, I rent a 150 m2 furnished house (with a large park), completely renovated in 2018. The house is in a quiet village, it is ideal for one or two couples with children. The house is located 100 m from a petanque court and a children's playground. You also have a recreational center at Lake Parisot and plenty of other nature activities on the Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val side (caving, canoeing, kayaking, etc.)

Welcome to the Laguépie pavilion, born from our interest in architecture and the desire to offer our family a vacation home in our native region. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.

The Forge , is a large beautifully renovated village house , which as its name suggests used to be the village Forge. The Medieval village of Salles is a pretty , relaxed and friendly place surrounded by lush woodland and flowery meadows , a delight! Sit out in the sun on the terrace , lounge by the pool or retire to the cool kitchen. All our beds are comfy and our bathrooms luxurious!
