Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

This house is ideally located at the gates of Nevers, close to all shops (bakery within walking distance). For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Our house has enough space to accommodate family, friends or even professionals and give you everything you need for a simply enjoyable stay. With a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, the living room dining room as a friendly space as well as its two bedrooms upstairs, towels and bed linen are provided. Small plus: Canal+ access in bedroom 1.
