Warm welcome; tastefully decorated apartment and very well equipped; the bedding is excellent; close to Athens and the sea; lots of calm, with restaurants in the area. Great value for money on the Athenian Riviera.

very nice apartment well designed and equipped with latest technology. clean with lots of essentials. gym wasn't equipped though and stairs smells like insecticide is used often. parking is difficult here.

Read some reviews and cannot understand why some people scored Marinas apartment less than 5. the apartment is in a very good location, only 10 mins walk from main square. so many restaurants nearby and the Carrefour 2 doors down is handy. the apartment is clean, very comfortable and the balcony was great for the 5 of us to eat breakfast and relax on after sightseeing. Marina was very accommodating and helpful and if ever back in Athens I would definately look to booking this apartment again. really good for family's up to 6 people.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment ! The apartment was clean, beautiful, and fully equipped with everything needed — fresh towels, essential appliances, toilet paper, and more. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a few minutes' walk to all the main attractions. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to answer any question or help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

Great option

Konstantinos is a fantastics host and his place is extremely cosy, well located in a nice, buzzy, safe area in the centre of Athens. The place feels very homely, it has all needed amenities and is located in a great area. There are so many shops, cafes, restaurants, literally just outside the building. It's located in walking distance from Athens' historical centre. The place has three working stations and great internet speed, making it ideal for people working remotely. Konstantinos was such a good host, always super communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place and Konstantinos as a host.

George’s cute place is excellent value, with an outdoor balcony beside a small neighbourhood square that is behind a beautiful Greek Orthodox Church. Lots of joyful local children having fun there in the evenings, and loads of authentic Greek church bells throughout Easter. Super tidy place with everything we needed. Top tip is that if you find the water is cold, open the power board between the kitchen and the bathroom, and flip the two heater switches up, to turn the hot water on. Our teen daughter found the single sofa bed in the main living space comfortable with the added mattress. Right beside that is a spiral staircase down to the master bedroom, which is very clean and tidy. There’s an emergency exit door down there, out to the neighbourhood square. Our teenager upstairs could hear the adult snoring from down below, so maybe earplugs advised if you’re light sleepers, lol 😂 as it’s not soundproof between lounge and master bedroom. George was very helpful with our questions!

The apartment is in a very nice, quiet, safe and historical area of Athens. The main attractions are a 10-minute walk away, as well as a metro station with which you can easily get to other points of the city. The apartment itself is well equipped, located on the first floor, because it is a little damp. All the essentials are nearby.

this is a great place for a longer stay. The view of the Arcopolis is amazing, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. the location is quiet but close to a big selection of restaurants. Most of the ancient city sights and museums are walkable and if you want or need to take public transport the metro is not far away. Konstantinos was a great host. He met us when we arrived and took us through the apartment and was always responsive. He had a long list of great recommendations for places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Very comfortable stylish and spotless house! Although we had a short stay we immediately felt the warmth and serenity of this home. Our host Irini was very helpful and prompt in her responses. . Our daughter loved the house bed, so many toys, and the crib in the yard. The amenities of the house are also impressive as there is everything and more that someone might need during their stay. Things we could never have imagined mostly in the amenities for families like, intercom, high chair, baby bath, and more. But the biggest surprise was the projector in the living room! We relaxed watching a movie in the evening, it was the perfect closure of our day. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we hope to find the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home again soon! Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.
