Monthly Rentals in Varick

Nuthin' Fancy but perfect! Second visit; came last June with a friend and returned this year with the same friend and hubby. Perfect layout for us: snoring hubby got his own bedroom, and we used the first-floor bathroom, friend got the upstairs bedroom and bath. Full kitchen for meals, welcome gifts upon arrival. Best part: bad storm knocked out power for several hours. We were immediately informed of where candles and flashlights were kept (with working batteries!). Fun evening of playing cards by candlelight :) Lots of wineries and waterfall hikes in the area (even if some trails were closed). Most of our destinations were 30 minutes or less away. We are already talking about a return trip next year!

My family and I attended a wedding and chose the best place to be with our family. The house is beautiful, equipped with everything we needed, clean and with a view of the lake and a safe and peaceful neighborhood. Erin was very kind and sent the information in advance. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

We were there for my daughter's 30th birthday. The place was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinner on one night. We were very close to everything we wanted to see and the view was spectacular. Leland had come over to greet us and gave us recommendations to local attractions. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We were very comfortable at this cozy cottage. This is an older home and not at all fancy, but is kept in excellent condition. The furnishings were comfortable. The hosts made every effort to have every needed or wanted item available. From luggage racks, to extra bedding and blankets, to plentiful towels, an array of chargers, books, games... you can tell they have considered the comfort of guests. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cooking pots and pans, small appliances, linens, storage containers. The farmhouse sink and detachable spray faucet was a nice update. The beds were very comfortable and it was so quiet! I loved how the personality of the hosts filled the house. So much so that before I read their biographies on Airbnb, I had already made some completely accurate guesses as to who they are and their interests. The feel of the home was like visiting my Aunt in her farmhouse when I was a child. Comfortable, hospitable, and practical.
