Located 2 km from the village of Vassieux-en-Vercors close to all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, tobacco, etc...), we offer a small studio in a quiet private property with exceptional views. You will have easy access to the various activities offered by the surroundings. The accommodation is on one level, a few steps from our house, with a separate entrance and including all the necessary comforts. Perfect for mountain bikers and bikers, possibility of attached garage.

In the heart of the village of Vassieux-en-Vercors, close to all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, tobacco shop, etc.), we offer a beautiful apartment in an old hotel. You will have easy access to the various activities offered by the surroundings such as sled dogs and skiing, with the resorts of Font d'Urle and Col de Rousset nearby (10 minutes). The accommodation is on the second floor of our house, but independent and includes all the comforts you need.

House in Vercors Sud

South of the Vercors Natural Park, away from the village, this renovated 120 m2 old farmhouse includes: a fully equipped kitchen, open to a south-facing living room with a Norwegian stove. Behind the archway, a 26 m2 room overlooks the wooden terrace and also provides access to the 2 bedrooms upstairs (one in a closed room and the other in a mezzanine). And finally a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. It is above all a peaceful place where you can reconnect with nature.

At the Heart of the Southern Vercors

This large, peaceful studio offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Please note that sheets are not provided (available on request for an additional fee). In the heart of the village with walking access to local shops (bakery, grocery store with delicatessen, bar/tobacconist's, restaurants, souvenirs, etc.). In the Vercors Nature Park, just 10 minutes by car from 2 family ski resorts, it is quiet with many activities (museums, hiking, cycling, etc.).

Our accommodation "Côté Maurice" is part of a newly renovated building, offering 2 separate accommodations (Côté Maurice or Côté Léopold) and available separately or jointly for rent. With a dedicated game room, a large living room, two bathrooms, our accommodation is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The location allows you to enjoy the surrounding walks and green nature and to get to the village and its amenities in less than 5 minutes by car.

Gîte des Nines - Rated 4 stars * * * *

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? There is: - a filter machine - a pod machine (Senseo type)

Apartment Station Col du Rousset

Col du Rousset 20 m2 cabin studio, up to 5 people No smoking. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Ideal for relaxing in contact with nature, summer and winter. Located at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking trails. Many outdoor activities are possible (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, 4-season sledding, via ferrata...). PLEASE NOTE: plan to do some shopping before coming as there are no food stores in the resort.

Very nice cottage in the heart of Vercors

This 90 m2 accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends. Located near a departure (parking lot) to the Vercors Highlands Reserve, you can go flirt through walks, with the fauna and flora of this reserve. Griffon vultures, marmots, ibex and other mouflons or endemic species will surprise you during your hike. The chalet is conveniently located 10 min drive from the Col du Rousset resort.
