Located in the heart of the village of La Chapelle-en-Vercors, you will appreciate the many activities possible nearby or from the village (biking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing, hiking, trail running, caving, canyoning, climbing, dog sledding, summer sledding, grass scootering, swimming or relaxation...). You will be 50 m from all shops (pharmacy, grocery store, bakeries, butcher shop, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, tea room) and the village swimming pool open in July/August.

This peaceful property offers a relaxing stay for a family or couples. At an altitude of 700 m (2,300 ft), in the heart of nature, secluded from the village and at the gateway to the Vercors region. All this is 30 minutes from the TGV station. If you need a dose of tranquility and calm to recharge your batteries with family, as a couple or with friends, this is the ideal place. There is direct access to trails (mountain biking, hiking, trail running, and climbing) so you can fully enjoy the fauna and flora.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

You will have easy access to the various activities offered by the surroundings such as sled dogs and skiing, with the resorts of Font d'Urle and Col de Rousset nearby (10 minutes). The accommodation is on the second floor of our house, but independent and includes all the comforts you need.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

You will be welcomed in a warm, fully equipped studio in a renovated old farmhouse overlooking the Vercors and Royans.
