You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The accommodation is on the second floor of our house, but independent and includes all the comforts you need.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? In the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, in a small hamlet 750 m above sea level, 3 km from the village, this former stable has been completely renovated by us, with a lot of heart and soul! Located on the ground floor of our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and can accommodate up to 6 people in a rustic, cocooning and cozy setting. This 90 m2 accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends. Located near a departure (parking lot) to the Vercors Highlands Reserve, you can go flirt through walks, with the fauna and flora of this reserve. Griffon vultures, marmots, ibex and other mouflons or endemic species will surprise you during your hike. The chalet is conveniently located 10 min drive from the Col du Rousset resort.
