Apartment accommodation with a high standard, directly adjacent to Öjestrand golf course, Njurunda. Two bedrooms. Large and fully equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed, armchair and TV and storage areas. Separate toilet rooms and shower room with washing machine. Access to home gym and large balcony. At the golf course there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a paddle court. Approx. 15 min. drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, in case for example, you are a larger group who want to live close to each other.

House in the High Coast

High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and grounds to yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the Lay Z Spa terrace that can be heated up to 40 degrees. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, the walk takes about 5-10 minutes. Björkön 101 close to a lake, the ocean and forest

This house is 100 meter from a lake where you can swim and you have your private sauna directly by the lake. 1 km from the house to the opposite site, you can find the ocean with a beach. The place is 25 min from the town of Sundsvall by car. You can hire a two bicycles for an extra price of 200 kr and bycicle to the nearby siteseeing places such as the fisher village Skatan, the white guide restaurant and ocean walk Lörudden, the beach camping with minigolf Björköfjärden or Juniskär. Alnön has a lot to offer, but you will be tempted to stay in the house and cozy up, enjoy cooking, have a cocktail by the fireplace or on the dock at sunset. Autumn walk along the sea to one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. Enjoy the ocean views and the stars of the jacuzzi before falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves - it's pure bliss

Seaview, High Coast, close to Rotsidan

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Bäckarängs gård

In northern Hälsingland, Bäckarängs gård has its roots in the 18th century. A comfortable and fresh holiday home with proximity to Hassela Ski Resort as well as winter fishing and snowmobile tours. The accommodation has comfortable double beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with tumble dryer in the house's basement. The easiest way to get here is by car. On the property, there is plenty of parking, but we cannot currently offer electric car charging.
