Villa plus cottage right by the sea and beach. Perfect for two families with children. About 30 minutes from the city. The large house is 168 sqm with three bedrooms. The small house is about 50 sqm with two small bedrooms with five beds in total, a bathroom and a kitchen. There is also an annexe with a gym. On the property, there is a wood-fired hot tub, a trampoline, 2 charging stations for electric cars, a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The accommodation is best suited for families with children. Parties are not allowed. Sheets and towels are included if desired.

There are, among other things, groceries, pharmacies, liquor stores, swimming areas, and gas stations. Golf 14 km. Outdoor gym 200 meters. Exercise loop around Parteboda. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Cleaning is also not included. Clean and throw garbage in the bin upon checkout. Leave the cottage cleaned and in the condition it was in when you arrived.

There is another apartment next door, if you are, for example, a larger group who want to stay close to each other.

This house is 100 meter from a lake where you can swim and you have your private sauna directly by the lake. 1 km from the house to the opposite site, you can find the ocean with a beach. The place is 25 min from the town of Sundsvall by car. You can hire a two bicycles for an extra price of 200 kr and bycicle to the nearby siteseeing places such as the fisher village Skatan, the white guide restaurant and ocean walk Lörudden, the beach camping with minigolf Björköfjärden or Juniskär. Hi! I am often out traveling for work and find it sad that the apartment is empty when I am not at home. That's why I rent it out when I'm away. It is a pleasant and well-planned studio apartment with a comfortable 160 bed, separate kitchen and a quiet location even though everything in central Sundsvall is just around the corner. Enjoy 55" UHD TV in the evening on the couch with a movie, easy to connect your computer or mobile phone. Towels and clean sheets are provided.

Seaview, High Coast, close to Rotsidan

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Bäckarängs farm

In northern Hälsingland, Bäckarängs gård has its roots in the 18th century. A comfortable and fresh holiday home with proximity to Hassela Ski Resort as well as winter fishing and snowmobile tours. The accommodation has comfortable double beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with tumble dryer in the house's basement. The easiest way to get here is by car. On the property, there is plenty of parking, but we cannot currently offer electric car charging.
