Holiday rentals with a patio in Västernorrland County

We had an amazing stay at Linnea’s beautiful home, which she cohosted with Oskar. Located on the peaceful outskirts of the charming town of Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, the house is perfectly positioned near the seaside, offering serene views of the water through its large windows. The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children especially loved the wide-screen TV and the variety of toys, which made their time here extra enjoyable. Linnea was a warm and attentive host, making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Good public transportation by host. Spacious apartment with three large bedrooms according to the pictures close to the city center. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit older but there was everything needed. We had two lovely days in Sundsvall and would book the same apartment again next time.

Third time that an overnight stay has been made at Bo's place. It has been so nice, easy and pleasant. Feel free to come back more times as it's time for a trip south.

This was a very good and nice accommodation that met expectations. The host couple was very nice and helpful. The surroundings were very nice with views of Sundsvall and proximity to both the Southern Mountain outdoor area and town. The kitchen area was small but what was needed was there to be able to cook there.

We staid at Samuel & Birgitta’s place for two nights and we felt right at home. The house is furbished very lovely, it’s cozy and has beautiful surroundings. Firepit, outside seating/chilling zones and swings are very nice additions for good weather. Bed was comfortable, kitchen is equipped well, there’s no noise from outside. The only downsides for us were slow water pressure in the shower (couldn’t even wash my hair as I would not be able to wash down the shampoo) and old TV. Other than that everything was perfect ✨

Very nice and well-kept accommodation. Newly renovated and fresh. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Gave us tips on activities in the area and also lent a rowboat and life jackets. Highly recommend!

Stefan and Tanya's place was fantastic! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is perfect—very close to the ski slopes and surrounded by stunning scenery. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Stephanie is very pleasant and service minded. I arrived very late at night and she was waiting for me and greeted me to show me around. She had fired up in the fireplace, and set on heat in the bathroom, kitchen and the room I was going to sleep in. The bed was good and I slept very well. The apartment is clean and the price is good.
