Everything we needed was here. Even if we had been staying longer and needed to cook meals, etc., we would’ve been able to. It was clean and cozy and we loved the woodsy environment.

This was the best stay of my life! You can truly see how much effort the host has put into this home. I loved the interior design, the kitchen equipment, and the thoughtful amenities provided—everything was perfect. Lying in bed while gazing out the window, the views of the ocean and forest were breathtaking. Outdoors, there was a BBQ grill, kayaks, forest, and easy access to the sea. Best of all, when the tide was out, seafood like oysters and clams were abundant and ready to pick. The oysters were huge, much bigger than my hand, and deliciously fresh. The kitchen equipment and seasonings provided by the host made preparing seafood easy and enjoyable. I absolutely loved it here and will definitely come back again!

Great little spot. Very quiet and private. Walkable to the sand spit. I likely didn’t look closely at the photos and/or description as I did not realize the bed was not in a separate room from the rest of the area. It was curtained off and wasn’t really an issue.

We spent our christmas holiday for 10 days at Sam's property with my two grandkids and my daughter and her husband. It was absolutely magical. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and cold plunged! The kids loved the house and literally cried when we had to leave. The backyard is perfect for kids. We really gave the fireplace a workout. It is a really beautiful wood burning (can't find that too often) fireplace that added to the coziness of the home. The layout of the home is perfect for families. It has a great room that allows you to see everything going on which is very relaxing when travelling with a 3 and 4 year old. The kitchen has spacious countertops and top end appliances. The home has 3 - yes 3 - bathrooms that are all full bathrooms with showers or tub. The view from the house is outstanding. I will miss waking up to that view with my coffee. I would highly recommend. Sam - thank you for helping make this stay perfect!
