The apartment is on the 2nd floor which is accessed by resident only lift or stairs. On the ground floor there is a ski shop, creperie, bakery and gift shop.

This property is a small, secluded house in a completely peaceful location. It is a 57 m² triplex, close to all amenities (the resort centre, swimming pool, ice rink, etc.) and ski lifts (the entrance to the inclined lift that takes you to the cable car is 450 m from the house).
