Our cottage "Au Petit Bonheur" is an 85m2 terraced house, 10 minutes' walk from Nauzan beach, in a luxury residence in Vaux-sur-Mer. Classified 4* the house can accommodate 6 people. The decoration is neat. A collective swimming pool and a shaded park are at your disposal, with direct access from the terrace and the private enclosed garden. Non-smoking house, dog allowed <20kg, fiber box, linen option. Cleaning required if more than 1 week (€75 to be paid to the concierge) otherwise optional.

Large house 110 m2, bright with garden in Royan

In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer this pretty 110 m2 single-story house, completely tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

Quiet house with sea view and private pool at 28°

In a green and rejuvenating setting. Relax in this house in the heart of the Platin district with its private pool secured by an electric roller shutter, pool heated to 28°C from the April school holidays to the All Saints holidays (depending on weather). Located 100 m from the sea (sea view) about 250 meters from Platin Beach, 500 meters from Bureau Beach (main beach of St Palais) and 600 meters from the market and city center or the famous Chez Bob restaurant.

Beautiful holiday home (renovated in 2023) very well equipped for 1 to 4 people (high chair, Children bed without sheet). Ideally located in a quiet residential area (not suitable for noisy evenings). All on foot: "Grande Conche beach", port, town center, central market, train station (9 mins). Parking possible for a small car in the courtyard, beautiful shaded terrace, deckchairs, awning, summer kitchen, barbecue, bicycle storage. Ideal for family or couples !

Charming Summer Villa "Sous les Pins" located in the heart of Palmyre aux Trémières. This family home, which was renovated in 2021, is ideal for a pleasant vacation without having to take the car, everything is within walking or cycling distance. The beach is a 7-min walk, shops are 2 min away, market, forest walks, tennis, golf, zoo, tree climbing, bowling alley, spa, restaurants, amusement parks, bike paths, water sports center, etc...
