Apartment Fantastic: Sun, Beach, Wind&Dive

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Here are some useful tips to welcome you. The apartment is in the new residential area of Vecindario (Los llanos). Within 850 meters there are 4 supermarkets, 3 pharmacies, an ATM, 2 Catholic churches, restaurants and cafeteria bars, bus stop, 1000 meters 4 banks, 1500 meters the pedestrian area. 2,100 meters away is the "Atlantico" shopping mall and the Carrefour supermarket. The emergency room is 3400 meters away and the Roca private clinic is just 750 meters away.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Cute flat 15mins from tourist area 1st floor

Stunning recently updated flat just 15 minutes from the main beaches and tourism (you will save lot of money sleeping out of there). The flat has been renovated a short time ago, has free wifi and parking at the street is easy and free. Also, the flat is well communicated to the highway and is in a main road so will be really easy for you to move to other areas: Maspalomas: 18mins Airport: 10mins Las Palmas: 30 mins.
