A 200m de varios supermercados y a 600m de un centro comercial con bares, tiendas de moda y restaurantes. A 600m de la autopista estará muy bien conectado con toda la isla. La casa perfecta para usted.

Canary villa with a huge and sunny terrace in a quiet zone on SE of Gran Canaria. All you need to enjoy it. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 toilet, a big living room with 2 areas, fully equipment kitchen, laundry service area, a very nice huge and sunny terrace with sunbeads, out dinning table, barbecue, another terrace at the main entrance. Located in a quiet private street. There is a supermarket just in front of the villa and other service just around of it. Airport 12 km. Maspalomas beach: 15 km.

Romantische Höhle mit Terrasse und Meerblick

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Casa canaria del S.XVII, recién restaurada, en el casco histórico de la Villa de Agüimes. Zona muy tranquila ,encantadora y tradicional. Rodeada de todos los servicios, talleres de artesanía y zonas para disfrutar de este maravilloso pueblo. Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.
