Canary villa with a huge and sunny terrace in a quiet zone on SE of Gran Canaria. All you need to enjoy it. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 toilet, a big living room with 2 areas, fully equipment kitchen, laundry service area, a very nice huge and sunny terrace with sunbeads, out dinning table, barbecue, another terrace at the main entrance. Located in a quiet private street. There is a supermarket just in front of the villa and other service just around of it. Airport 12 km. Maspalomas beach: 15 km.

Romantische Höhle mit Terrasse und Meerblick

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Rodeada de todos los servicios, talleres de artesanía y zonas para disfrutar de este maravilloso pueblo. 100 m/2: Dormitorio doble Salón-comedor con sofá cama Cocina Baño Patio semi cubierto con hamacas, ducha y zona de relax. Todo en una sola planta, sin escaleras. El coche llega hasta la puerta de la casa. Cerca de playa, aeropuerto y centro comercial.

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .
