Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. One bedroom with king bed, living room with Sofa Bed for 2 Persons. The beach (200 m) - pebble or stone, can be reached within a 2-minute walk and the city centre is 700 m away (10 minute walk).

In the middle of the nature reserve Dubrava Hanzina on the island of Pag, we have built a modern highly luxury villa in the small village Sveta Marija (St. Maria) to combine luxurious living (Sauna, Gym, Pool, Summer Kitchen) with the joy of pure nature. And ..... beside the incredible see view, its not just about the swimming, here you can also do mountain biking and even rock climbing and in the morning you can see wild sheep in the neighboring forests and mountains.

Air conditioning, terrace with barbecue. Distance to the beach 50 m, center 600 m, shops and restaurants 100 m. Free wifi and use of washing machine

Our Sunset Oasis apartment is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is located on the first line of the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.
