In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

The house is 35 minutes from Podgorica, 10 minutes from Virpazar, and 20 minutes from Sutomore (the first town by the sea). The nearest market is located in Virpazar. Guests have at their disposal a garden where we grow our own fruits and vegetables, and also nearby is a river where you can refresh yourself.
