Once you arrive, you will be welcomed into a fine villa surrounded by a park where a tall treehouse stands out and embellished with relaxation areas, swimming pool, barbecue, soccer field and grass volleyball. The property can accommodate up to 13 guests thanks to 5 large bedrooms in the villa, plus a backyard.

Our family apartment has a private garden and its own private swimming pool in a very central neighborhood in Rome, just a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo. It has been meticulously designed and renovated. There is an open-plan layout with a spacious living room, a dining area with a table seating up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). There's a second family bathroom.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A stone's throw from Rome but also from Anzio and Nettuno, L’Olivaia is the ideal place to relax with a good glass of wine overlooking a magnificent olive grove.
