Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.
