Apartment in a great location, spacious, well arranged and crossing. From the balcony overlooking the harbor and the park and rooms overlooking the church. It's super nice to have lunch with the rising sun. On the other hand, if like me, you are sensitive to noises don't forget your quiescent balls! But despite that, I had a great stay and I recommend this apartment in the heart of Royan.

A very clean and comfortable apartment, very well-equipped, nothing missing, both in dishes and kitchen utensils. Everything is designed for a perfect stay. Exceptional location, beach, sea, shops and restaurants nearby. A 2-story duplex apartment with the living room and balcony with splendid sea views and beautiful sunsets, and the side bedroom is with views of the inland. Located in a beautiful village, no cars but parking close enough to the accommodation. Marie gave us very clear instructions and is present and responsive. The accommodation was quite suitable and comfortable for 3. No problem to report!

Very good stay in Lorraine's home which is welcoming, responsive and accommodating. Very fluid communication. The accommodation is as advertised and it feels very good! Recommended address without hesitation!!!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very effective unpretentious but the spaces are well organized , the children loved it. The location is perfect for quick access to lakes and bike paths . We'll be happy to go back

An extremely well located house very close to the ocean, and activities of Hourtin in 2 minutes on foot but quiet. On the inside, everything is spotless and the house is very well-equipped. The garden is very nice with 2 terraces: you can choose shade or sun! Very fluid communication. We'll come back for sure!

We had a great Easter weekend, even if the time was not there, the welcome and the service of Elise's house, brought us a lot of pleasure and allowed us to meet with our children in a space where everyone was able to find their place while enjoying the beautiful surroundings

Thanks to Carine for hosting us and for communicating around the house. Everything is as advertised. We stayed at 15 including 4 children for 3 days without any problem. Our guests also gave us feedback on the bedding which was of very good quality. Also, despite the bad weather , the house offers beautiful spaces where you will never feel cramped. Everything is together to have a great time with family or friends! I would this place! I highly recommend it.

Lucie is a very responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation is very clean and bright. There are shops at the foot of the apartment, and the beach is only 5 minutes walk. I loved staying in Lucie's place, would recommend it without hesitation.

Location close to everything: beach, shops, catering, supermarket. Bikes available which is very nice. Not insignificant private parking because everything is paid for nearby. Nice owners. We recommend this property for rent.

We had a great time at Philippe and Corinne's place. Their apartment is very welcoming. Atypical by its duplex side on several floors but it has bcp of charm too. The bedding was comfortable, so was the kitchen well equipped. The sunsets are beautiful with a direct view of the ocean. Relaxing stay on a weekend where we were also lucky enough to have very nice weather! We already want to come back. Thank you so much for their flexibility too.

Very nice apartment. Breathtaking view of the beach. The apartment is located next to the Palais des Congrès. Damien the owner is very attentive to our requests and responds very quickly. We'll be there again.
