You will be close to nature but also to cities of character such as Coulon, La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Le Puy du Fou, Le Futuroscope.

Amoureux de la nature, venez découvrir ce charmant Cottage en bord de Sèvre. Le logement est situé dans un Moulin du XVIème siècle. Venez vous balader sur les chemins de randonnée à proximité, faire du canoé ou du paddle, vous relaxer dans l'espace détente ( spa en option) ou encore dîner dans un charmant petit jardin ouvert aménagé sur les berges, à quelques mètres du Cottage. ( petite restauration sur réservation, ateliers créatifs, activités sportives, massages en option ). Bienvenue !

This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Available: adult-teen-child bikes, child seats, a cart, surfboards, bodyboards, kayak. A quiet vacation home with all the comforts!

Numerous marked trails from the trailer will allow you to discover the surroundings. Close to the Poitevin Marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Vendée beaches, Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, there are many opportunities for outings, while enjoying the calm that this place provides.
