Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

On the ground floor, a lounge area with another convertible bed , an equipped kitchen, lounge to finish on the terrace/pool area. Nearby, convenience store 400m open 7/7,shops, restaurants, canoeing, horseback riding center, swimming/walking in Ariège. Train station 5 minutes walk, direction Toulouse in 25 minutes and the Pyrenees in 1 hour.

We welcome you to a small cocoon within "L'Auberge", our family home from 1745. A typical Toulouse building with its pink bricks and beautiful half-timbered facade. Ideally located, you have direct access to the expressway allowing you to reach Toulouse in less than 20 minutes.

You will love the calm of the countryside and the view of the Pyrenees, a few kilometres from the Cathar castles; Our 'Embellie' is waiting for you. Ideal for holidays with friends and family, with immediate proximity to all amenities (shops, train station, shops including organic store, bakery, pharmacy, press...) We had a lovely time there for family celebrations (Christmas, birthdays, etc.)
