Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Venetian Lagoon

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

This property is located in a great location. Very easy to walk to all attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. I would definitely recommend this location due to its location. Host and their partner were very kind.

Paolo is a very attentive host and made sure that instructions and coordination were smooth prior to the trip. The house is beautiful with a real authentic feel. Incredible location in a local community neighbourhood, walking distance from all the great spots yet hidden away from the touristy crowds. An incredible stay for a real authentic experience.

Spacious, bright , spotlessly clean apartment with a wonderful garden outside the window. quiet . very close to the historic center of Padua. Alessandro is friendly and extremely helpful. we felt great there.

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Giovanna has been on the lookout for the entire time of our stay. He was quick to respond, very friendly and with very good recommendations. Nos facilitó sitio to leave suitcases once checked out. The apartment is small but we were all 4 very well. The location is perfect for strolling and plenty of places to eat nearby. We would come back!

Maurizio and Francesca's place offers all the comforts of home, a quiet location, and a home with attention to detail. You have it, I can cook because everything you need is there!

Valeria’s place was a walkable distance to everything in Venice. She and Matteo were very friendly and would gladly stay at their place again!

We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! We sincerely appreciate it at this point.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

Had an amazing stay! They were very accommodating with check in and specific request when traveling with a baby. Location is great and there are lots of places to eat near by.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

The apartment is clean, spacious (especially the terrace) and well equipped. The location is excellent (right on the promenade, but the children's room is on the quiet backside; not even a 5-minute walk to the beach). Parking is also available in the courtyard. Valeria and her husband are very friendly and helpful! For this overall package, the price we paid (in the off-season) was absolutely fine. Only two small things that could be improved with little effort: The doors (especially those to the children's room) can sometimes only be opened and closed quite loudly and should perhaps be oiled. In addition, mosquito nets could be attached to the windows and doors. Everything else is great, thank you!

Excellent accommodation, you can take the bus near the apartment to go to Venice. but the best thing was the attention of Sara and her family, they are very friendly, I would definitely go back here to leave

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Large homely apartment located close to multiple bus stops + friendly hosts

Close to train station. Very welcoming. We felt right at home.

Accommodation perfectly as advertised. Thoughtful and very responsive owner. The pizzas da Luca to take away right next door absolutely delicious. Just note that without a car the journey to Venice is a little long (bus then Tram or train) and that with small children it can be a little complicated. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great stay , clean apartment and Mrs. Silvia who takes care of practical management was available and attentive to our needs
